Selection of Teachers

All MindChamps PreSchool accredited teachers are seasoned education professionals with the drive and the talent to have made it through our intensive selection and training process.

At MindChamps, before they are even considered for selection, applicants for the position must be qualified and experienced teachers.

MindChamps’ Selection Process & Training Accreditation

At MindChamps PreSchool, we have instituted a highly  demanding, selection, training and accreditation process:

• Stage 1: Initial Selection
  
  Once written applications are assessed, initial phone-interviews take place.

• Stage 2: Personal Interview
  
  Candidates who make it through must then attend a personal interview with the MindChamps PreSchool Curriculum Team / PreSchool Principals.

• Stage 3: Intensive Training and Practicum (Up To 200hrs)
  
  Upon employment, all teachers are required to train in MindChamps’ cutting-edge strategies and techniques comprising practical instruction, scientific background and creativity exercises, as well as our unique, child-centred pedagogy. This ensures that the standard of all MindChamps instruction internationally can be guaranteed.

• Stage 4: Accreditation
  
  Only upon the successful completion of this unique training program, is a teacher accredited to teach in MindChamps PreSchools.

• Stage 5: Ongoing Training & Upgrades
  
  And it does not end here; teachers are constantly being assessed and given ongoing training and upgrades, as our research department develops new insights into the Learning Mind. This process is an essential part of the MindChamps’ philosophy, for we truly believe that:
